I specialize in providing queer- and neuro-affirming therapy to folks trying to integrate their unique lived experiences into a world that wasn't made with them in mind. I especially enjoy supporting clients in their exploration around neurodivergence to build self-compassion and self-knowledge, whether coming to therapy with a formal diagnosis, self-diagnosis, or curiosity about the possibility of neurodivergence. From that place, we can work together to build systems and supports that make life easier, and are based on individual needs and preferences versus what we are socialized to believe as "normal" or "the right way."
Areas of focus:
exploring neurodivergent experiences and identities, and creating a life that accommodates you
understanding and managing sensory sensitivities
navigating pregnancy, postpartum, and parenting as neurodivergent person
processing and moving through family-of-origin stress or invalidation
